Purpose
The Sales Manager aims to explore and secure new business in the asset management and hedge fund sectors, establish and sustain robust relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders, drive negotiations and finalize deals to achieve or surpass sales targets, stay updated on market trends and competitor actions, and provide senior management with regular sales reports and forecasts.
Accountabilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the asset management and hedge fund sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

About you
Must have
- 5-10 years of sales experience in the financial technology or asset management industry.
- A deep understanding of the financial technology sector, and a robust network of industry contacts.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows, data integration, and automation within financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software.
