Programme Manager
Purpose
The Programme manager plays a critical role ensuring HUB Customers are represented throughout the HUB product delivery lifecycle. As HUB builds and delivers solutions to the market, the program manager must remove friction in the onboarding process and strive to simplify the Customer engagement.
Acting as the glue connecting stakeholders across HUB and the Customer, you will unlock value for the customer through Customer listening and representation within HUB.
The Programme manager works closely with HUBs product owners & delivery managers to translate customer business problems into feasible product delivery and implementation plans.
Accountabilities
- As HUB grows, you will have the opportunity to own and lead the overall implementation and onboarding for a given customer across multiple products, being accountable for the end-to-end customer onboarding experience.
- Responsible for end-to-end program delivery into HUB partners / customers.
- Manages expectations and communication across partner stakeholders.
- Acts as a central point of escalation for all major program risks / issues.
- Owns overall program timeline with counterpart on the partner / customer side.
- Supports the management, control and monitoring of dependencies across implementation streams.
- Manages the Customer plan, rollout and risks within a product group through product lifecycle.
- Manages deadlines, metrics, KPIs, SLAs to support resource planning activities.
- Responsible for maintaining an overall product program plan from key areas – Discovery through implementation, onboarding & go live.
- Act as the voice of the customer through the HUB product delivery process.
Deliverables
- Successful delivery of end-to-end program in your given area providing expected customer value.
- Contribute to, and drive customer user engagement in delivery process.
- Consistently meet or exceed expectations when evaluated against HUBs core values and technical standards.
- Program plan covering deliverables, target dates, customer engagement, HUB delivery milestones
- Monthly update to program steering committee(s) as required.
- Own your personal continued development.
About you
Must have
- 9+ years of hands-on experience in business transformation and change management implementing cross function enterprise solutions.
- Experience leading change management programs for global banks or asset managers, ideally from a solution provider.
- Experience managing and influencing customer stakeholders within large change programs and understanding the roles those stakeholders play.
- Strong customer focus – adept at figuring how to extract the most value for a customer in the solution.
- Data and analytic orientation for evidence-based decision making with very strong problem-solving skills.
- Structured based approach to program delivery and customer engagement.
- Commercial knowledge – awareness and experience of managing the P&L associated with delivery of a large program.
- Excellent communication, presentation and prioritization skills.
- Acting as an agile program manager, you would have strong knowledge in Lean and Agile software development methodologies, along with experience in key project management principles such as PMI-PMP.
Nice to have
- Product experience preferential with a focus on implementing solutions which can be productized.
- Understanding of integration and systems architectures from both a business and technical perspective.
- Knowledge of the Azure cloud stack.
